Matsutake Toffee Nibs - 72% Cacao

Hacienda Morumbi of Colombia is a single estate plantation from Puerto Lleras del Meta province.

They work under an environmental conservation policy by mixing 50 hectors of cacao trees with 100 hector of native forest species. 7 different varieties are cultivated along with outstanding post-harvest practices.

Ripe Pods of select tree varieties are hand Harvested. Wet Beans are Naturally Fermented and Sun Dried by Fine Cacao Experts. 

We receive the dried Cacao then sort, roast, crack, winnow, stone-grind, temper, and mould the whole beans into this fine chocolate.
