Japanese Genmaicha - 77% Cacao

Our Cacao is sourced from Peru, the origin of the most ancient cacao cultures and home of Earth's greatest cacao diversity. 

We sources directly from Peruvian who are expert in port-harvest practices and work hand-in-hand with growers from the Andes to the Amazon protecting ecosystems and benefiting communities.

Ripe pods of select tree varieties are hand harvested. Wet beans are naturally fermented and sun dried.  

We receive the dried cacao then sort, roast, winnow, and stone-grind, temper, and mould the whole bean into this chocolate.
